I thought this year I would try, together with the other 16499 artists, to have a work hanging at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2023.
The theme is Only Connect and I created 2 works in Linocut so I could choose the one I considered the better. I am not supposed to show my entry ahead of the initial judging though I can show you the one I didn’t submit. It is a dyptique showing our old wall mounted telephone, with real wire connecting the two artworks. Quirky, but fun! I am sort of wondering if I should have entered this!
